मोबाइल की PCB शोर्ट
होने पर मोबाइल बंद हो जाता है और शोर्ट की वजह से मोबाइल स्वीच ऑननहीं हो पाती
है और मोबाइल सेलफोन में बैटरी लगाने पर मोबाइल के कई parts गर्म हो
जाते है मोबाइल प्लेट शोर्ट होने के कारण दो ट्रैक आपस में जुड जाते है मोबाइल
पीसीबी पर किसी पार्टस के + और - पॉइंट के ट्रैक आपस
में जुड जाते है
उदाहरण से समझे –
जैसे विजली के बल्ब के दोनो वायर आपस में जुड जाने से फॉल्ट आ जाता है और बल्ब
नहीं जलता । उसी प्रकार मोबाइल प्लेट की शोर्ट को समझे।
मोबाइल PCB कई Layer से बनी
होती है सारे पार्टसो के कनेक्शन ट्रैक आपस में जुडे होते है लेकिन हम उसे नहीं
देखा पातें है इसलिए कौन सा ट्रैक कहॉं से कहॉ तक जुडा या गया है यह चैक करने के
लिए हम मल्टीमीटर का उपयोग करते है अगर दो
भाग का आपस मे ट्रैक टुट जाता है तो हम जम्पर वायर से दोनो भाग का ट्रैक
फिर से जोड देते है लेकिन मोबाइल प्लेट शोर्ट में किसी एक भाग का ट्रैक अन्य भाग के ट्रैक से आपस में टच
होने से प्लेट शोर्ट हो जाती है इसे नीचे दिये गये चित्र से समझे ।
फोन शोर्ट होने के
कुछ रीजन –
· पानी में चले जाने के कारण ।
· ओवर – हीटिंग के कारण
· जमीन पर गिर जाने के कारण
· किसी कारण से स्पार्क हो जाने कारण
शोर्टिंग दो प्रकार
की होती है
1- फुल शोर्टिंग
2- हाफ शोर्टिंग
शोर्टिंग कैसे पता
किया जाता है
· मल्टी मीटर को बजर मोड पर रखकर बैटरी कनेक्टर
के प्लस व माइनस पॉइन्ट को चैक करें, ध्यान रखे अगर
दोनों ओर चेक करने पर बीप की आवाज आती है तो मोबाइल की पीसीबी प्लेट फुल शोर्ट हो
गयी है और यदि दोने ओर बीप ना आये पर रीडिंग आये तो हाफ शोर्टिग है ।
· हाफ शोर्टिग में डीसी मसीन से कनेक्ट करके
मोबाइल आन करके पीसीबी में हीटिंग चेक करें ।
मोबाइल पीसीबी प्लेट
की शोर्ट को कैसे दूर करे।
· सबसे
पहले मोबाइल को खोलकर मल्टीमीटर से नीचे बताये अनुसार चैक करे।
· अब शोर्ट प्लेटको आइसो – प्रापाइल या थिनर से
साफ करे और साफ करने के बाद हॉट गन से हल्क्ी हीट भी देना पडता है ।
· मोबाइल में Vbat की सप्लाई में लगे
कैपासीटर और सभी कॉम्पेानेट चेक करे । प्लेट पर इलेक्ट्रोलायटिक कैपासिटर (
फिल्टर) को चेक करे । चेक करने के लिए कॉम्पोनेन्ट को हटाओ और शोर्ट को चेक करो
। मल्टीमीटर से ऊपर बतायेनुसार चेक करे
बीप बजना बन्द हो गयी है तो इलेक्ट्रोलायटिक
कैपासिटर को नया लगाओ । यदि अभी भी शोर्ट है तो इलेक्ट्रोलायटिक कैपासिटर ( फिल्टर)
को वापस लगा दो । शोर्ट की खराबी किसी दुसरे पार्टस में है
· PFO IC को मोबाइल की पीसीबी प्लेट से हटाओ कर और बाहर रखो
। अब शोर्ट को चेक करें, शोर्ट ठीक हो जाता है तो PFO IC को नया लगाये
अगर अब भी शोर्ट है तो PFO
IC को वापस लगा दो । शोर्ट ना होने पर आगे के पार्टसो
को चेक करें।
· चार्जिंग कनेक्टर ( जैक / सॉकेट ) को हटाये और शोर्ट
को चेक करें, शोर्ट ठीक हो जाता है तो चार्जिंग कनेक्टर नया लगाये
। अब भी शोर्ट है तो चार्जिंग कनेक्टर को वापस लगा दो । शोर्टिंग कही और है आगे चेक
करें ।
· लाइट आइसी को हटाओ और शोर्टिग चेक करो , शोर्ट ठीक हो जाता है तो लाइट आइसी को नया लगाये
।
इसी प्रकार से आगे भी
चेक करे

IC
Bluetooth IC
CPU IC …..
शोर्टिंग हट जायेगी
।
नोट – अगर प्रॉब्लम
फिर भी रहती है तो रिपेयर करना बहुत ज्यादा मुस्किल हो जाता है तब एक के बाद एक कॉम्पोनेन्ट
को रिमूव करके चेक कियाजाता है इसमें बहुत समय लग जाता है तो यह पॉसिबल नहीं हो पता
है तब बोर्ड रिपेयर नहीं किया जा सकता है तब
उस बोर्ड को बदलना पडता है ।

Some areas of phone shortcode -
• Due to getting into the water
• Overheating
• Due to falling on the ground
• Reasons to become Sparky for some reason
There are two types of shortening
1- Full Shortening
2- Half shortening
How to know shortening
• Keep the multic meter mounted in buzzer mode and check the battery connector's value and minus point, keep a note if the beep is heard when both sides are checked, the PCB playback of the mobile is completely shortened and if both sides do not have a beep If there is reading, there is a short shorting.
• Connect the DC to Half shorting and check the heating in the PCB on mobile and mobile.
How to remove the short PCB playtube.
• First open the mobile and check the multi meter below given below.
• Now clean the shortcut platelet with iso-prapal or thinner and after the cleaning it has to be done with hot heat.
• Check capacitor in Vbat supply in the mobile and all companets. Check the electro lighter capacitor (filtered) on the plates. To check, remove the Component and check the shortcode. Check the multimeter above as mentioned above. If the beep has stopped, then electro lighter capacitor will be replaced. If there is still a shortcode, put the electro lighter capacitor (filtration) back. The fault of the shortcode is in any other part.
• Remove PFO IC from PCB Playhouse of Mobile and keep it out. Now check the shortcode, if the shortcode gets cured, then put the PFO IC new. If there is still a shortcode then put the PFO IC back. If there is no shortage, check further parts.
• Remove the charging connector (jack / socket) and check the shortcode, if the shortcode is fixed then charging connector will be installed. Even if there is a shortcode then put the charging connector back. Shortening is there and check ahead.
• Remove Light Ic and check shorting, if the shortcode gets cured, then Light up the light IC.
Check further like this
Charging IC,
UEM / Power IC
Bluetooth IC
CPU IC ... ..
The shortering will disappear.
Note - If the problem persists, then repairing is very difficult, then one is removed after removing a compo nanto, it takes a lot of time, then it is not possible, then the board has not repaired. Then the board has to change.
