हैलो दोस्‍तों – आज हम इस पोस्‍ट में सीखेगे की BGA Reballing kit क्‍या होती है मैं उम्‍मीद करता हॅू कि आप सभी लोग बहुत अच्‍छे होगे और आप की तैयारी अच्‍छी चल रही होगी ।

BGA Kit    और   BGA Reballing kit का उपयोग BGA IC की बॉल्‍स को सोल्‍डर व रिबोलिंगके लिए किया जाता है जो कि आपको बताया जा चुका है बीजीए आइसी के रिबोलिंग किट मार्केट में रोज नये नये आते रहते है इसलिये किसी अच्‍छे Latest BGA Reball kit  को  Buy  कर लें ।

एक कम्‍पीलिट रिबोलिंग में वो सभी आवश्‍यक टूल होने चाहिए जो बीजीए आइसी को रिबोल करने में काम आते है लेकिन सामान्‍यता: soldering Iron और    SMD  Rework Station BGA raballing kit  के  part नही होते है

BGA Raballing kit में आवश्‍यक  Tool –

·       Solder paste

·       Soldering flux

·       PCB Stand holder

·       Tweezers

·       BGA Desoldering wire

·       BGA desoldering wick/braid

·       BGA Reballing Stencil

·       IPA Isopropyl Alcohol Solution

·       ESD Safe Brush

·       Heat resistance kapton Tape

·       Stencil पर  PCB को  Hold करने के लिए clips  

·       मोबाइल फोन को खोलकर मोबाइल फोन की पीसीबी से बॉल आइसी को SMD Rework Station  से Desolder  करके हटा दिया जाता है ।

·        अब मोबाइल की पीसीबी पर जहॅा से solder की गई आइसी हटाई गयी है वहॉ से पीसीबी को Clean  करे   Soldering Iron  पर थोड़ा सा Desoldering wire / wick का उपयोग करके पीसीबी पर हटाई गई आइसी के स्‍थान पर से बेकार की सोल्‍ड‍िरिंग हटा देते है ।

·       अब BGA Reballing Stencil पर  balls  के आधारपर आइसी की सही साइज को चुनें ।

·       BGA Reballing Stencil पर आइसी को रखकर Clip और Tape से कसकर होल्‍ड कर देते है  ।

·       अब Stencil  की दुसरी  Side  से  Soldering paste   लगाये , सोल्‍डरिंग पेस्‍ट को stencil के छोटे छोटे  Holes से आइसी पर Stick कराये ।

·       अब SMD Rework station  से Heat  ताकि Soldering paste  ठोस होकर चिपक जाये

·         Aceton या IPA Isopropyl alcohol water  से ic  को धोये और साफ करके ic को Stencil  से हटा दे।

·       अब Ball ic को मोबाइल फोन की PCB पर जहॉ से हटाई गयी वहॉं पर SMD Rework Station  से heat  देकर solder  कर दे

BGA Raballing Kit In Need Tool –

·       Solder paste

·       Soldering flux

·       PCB Stand holder

·       BGA Desoldering wire

·       BGA desoldering wick/braid

·       BGA Reballing Stencil

·       IPA Isopropyl Alcohol Solution

·       ESD Safe Brush

·       Heat resistance kapton Tape

• Clips to hold PCB on Stencil

• By opening the mobile phone, the mobile phone is removed from the PCB by the Desolder from the SMD Rework Station to Ball IC.

• Now the PCs on mobile PCB have been removed from the IC with solder, which removes PCB from the solids ng ring on the removed ebb located on PCB using a slightly desoldering wire / wick on the Clean Soldering Iron.

• Now choose the correct size of IC based on balls on BGA Reballing Stencil.

• BGA Reballing Holds the IC on the Stencil and holds it tightly with Clip and Tape.

• Now paste the soldering paste from the other side of the stencil, stitch the soldering paste e stencil with stencil on the ice from the small holes.

• Heat from SMD Rework station so that Soldering paste can be sticking tightly

• Remove the ic from Stencil by washing and cleaning ic ic with Aceton or IPA Isopropyl alcohol water.

• Now the ball ic is removed from the PCB on the PCB where the heat from the SMD Rework Station is solder and solder
