हैलो दोस्तो आज हम आइसी
टेस्टिंग के तीसरे चरण को जानेगे
Mobile IC
Test करने के लिए 4 प्रोसेस होती हे क्युकि IC की टेस्टिंग के लिए कोई उपकरण नहीं
बना है इसलिए उसको टेस्ट करने के 4 तरीके है जो संभावना व्यक्त करते है कि IC
खराब है
There is no process to test ICs that has 4 processes
for IC testing, so there are 4 ways to test it, the
possibility that the IC is bad.
3- Heating Testing
मोबाइल IC कोई भी लगी हो Leg IC या Ball IC , यदि IC को छूने पर IC बहुत ज्यादा गर्म हो रही है इसका मतलब IC खराब हो गयी है ऐसे में IC के अन्दर लगे कंपोनेन्टस जल गये है जिसके कारण IC हीट कर रही है.

The mobile IC is either a Leg IC or Ball IC, if the IC is
getting very hot when it touches the IC it means the IC is damaged, in such
cases the components of IC have been burnt, due to which the IC is heating.
IC में हीटिंग प्रॉब्लम कई प्रकार से हो सकती हे
जैसे अधिक Charging या
water damage या Shorting के कारण हो सकती
है और कई बार सॉफटवेर के कारण से भी जैसे ज्यादा ओवरलोड वाले एप्स को इनस्टॉल यूज
करना ।
Heating IC में IC को रिप्लेस किया जाता है क्योकि IC के अन्दर लगे कंपोनेंटस शोर्ट होने के कारण IC हीट होती है

The heating problem in the IC can be done in many ways, due
to excessive charging or water damage or shorting, and sometimes due to the
softwares, such as the overloading of the application which is overloaded.
IC is replicated in the heating IC as IC heat is due to IC
components being IC
