What is mobile Shorting?

हैलो दोस्‍तो आज हम देखेगे कि शोर्टिंग क्‍या होती है और उसका सलूशन –

 

मोबाइल PCB  कई LAYER से बनी होती है सारे पार्टसो के कनेक्‍शन ट्रैक आपस में जुडे होते है जिसको हम नहीं देख सकते है इसलिए कौन सा ट्रैक कहॉं से कहॉ तक जुडा है यह चेक करने के लिए हम मल्‍टीमीटर का उपयोग करते है

Mobile PCB is made up of several LAYER connected to all parts of the connectivity without connecting the track which we can not see, so we use the multimeter to check where the track is connected.

नोट – PCB शोर्ट तब होती है जब दो अलग – अलग पार्ट के आपस में मिल जाने के कारण यह मोबाइल में शोर्टिंग आ जाती है

मान लो किसी पार्टस का टैक टुट जाता है तो इस कनडीशन में हम जम्‍पर करके सही कर सकते है लेकिन जब कोई  दो पार्टस आपस में जुड जाते है तो हमारे मोबाइल में शोर्टिंग आ जाती है जिसको हम कोल्‍ड टेटिंग के माध्‍याम से ट्रैक करके उसे ठीक करते है

Suppose a part is tapped, then in this connection, we can jump and correct. But when any two parts connect together, then our mobile comes in the shortening, which we can track by passing through the cold tatting. is

मोबाइल फोन के सर्किट बोअर में कमी के कारण।

1- सबसे आम कारण फोन पानी में भीगना या गिरना है।

2- हैंडसम ओवरहीटिंग।

3- चार्जिंग के लिए असंगत या दोषपूर्ण चार्जर का उपयोग करने की कोशिश करना।

4- किसी भी कारण से हैंडसेट से निकलने वाले स्पार्क्स या धुएं।

एक छोटे सेल फोन की मरम्मत के लिए, आपको इसे ठीक करने के लिए सबसे पहले इसकी शॉर्टिंग को निकालना होगा। आपको इसे हटाने के लिए प्रक्रिया का पालन करना होगा विशेष रूप से मृत हैंडसेट में।

Reasons for shorting in circuit boar of mobile phones .

1-   The most common reason is phone drenched or fallen in water.

2-   Handset overheating.

3-   Trying to use an incompatible or faulty charger for charging.

4-   Sparks or smoke coming out of the handset due to any reason.

To repair a short cell phone, you will have to first remove its shorting to fix it. You have to follow the procedure to remove it especially in dead handsets.

हीटिंग के कारण शॉर्टकट - मोबाइल को अधिक भारी गेम खेलने के कारण अधिक चार्ज करने वाले कारणों के कारण मोबाइल (हार्ड ईंट हो सकता है)।

Components burn due to the connectors in the water such as – capacitors

Shortcuts due to heating – due to longer charging reasons to play more heavy games tooting mobile ( can be hard brick ).

मोबाइल फोन पर शॉर्टिंग कैसे जांचें

1- बीप रेंज पर मल्टी-मीटर सेट करें

2- बैटरी कनेक्टर पॉजिटिव और नेगेटिव टर्मिनल के साथ दोनों जांच (रेड एंड ब्लैक) को टच करें।

3-अगर एक तरफ रीडिंग (Vbat-250ohms से 600 ohms) रेसवर साइड खुला दिखाई दे रहा है (1) इसका मतलब है कि मोबाइल फोन पर शॉर्टिंग है।

४- यदि दोनों तरफ इसके माध्य से पढ़ने को मिले तो मोबाइल आधा छोटा है।

5-   अगर दोनों तरफ से बीप की आवाज आती है तो इसका मतलब मोबाइल फुल है

How to check shorting on mobile phone

1-   Set multi-meter on beep range

2-   Touch Both probe ( Red&Black ) with Battery connector positive & Negetive terminal.

3-   If one side reading ( Vbat-250ohms to 600 ohms ) resver side is showing open (1) means there is on shorting on mobile phone.

4-   If both side get reading  than its mean mobile is half short.

5-   If both side get beep sound than its mean mobile is full short
