सेल फोन के अंदर आपके कॉलर की आवाज़ को स्पीकर कहा जाता है। यह विद्युत ध्वनि को ध्वनि में बदल देता है। इसे इयरपीस भी कहा जाता है। यदि यह विकृत हो जाता है तो इसे पीसीबी के शीर्ष में रखा जाता है। आवाज नहीं सुन सकता।

The sound of your collar inside the cell phone is called the speaker. it turns the electrical sound into a voice. It is also called earpiece. It is placed in the top of the PCB in the top if it gets deformed. Can not hear the voice.

कॉल के दौरान स्पीकर से कोई आवाज़ नहीं

उपाय -


· मोबाइल सेटिंग्स में वॉल्यूम स्तर की जाँच करें।
· मल्टी मीटर के साथ मोबाइल सेट और चेक स्पीकर खोलें।
· सही स्पीकर 32ohms से 28ohms के बीच प्रतिरोध देता है।
· मोबाइल पीसीबी प्लेट पर स्पीकर टचिंग पॉइंट को स्क्रैच करें। स्टॉप को कार्बन की आपूर्ति रुकती है।
· पीसीबी प्लेट को क्लीनर से धोएं।
· यदि वायर्ड स्पीकर को बेचा जाना है तो पुनः लोड करें।
· स्पीकर ख़राब होने पर स्पीकर नया।
· स्पीकर युक्तियों पर ठंडा परीक्षण करें। यदि कोई रीडिंग नहीं आ रही है, तो स्पीकर सेक्शन के सर्किट को ट्रेस करें।
शीत परीक्षण पर, दोनों युक्तियों पर रीडिंग 250 ओम और 600 ओम के बीच होनी चाहिए।
· स्पीकर सेक्शन में अधिकांश क्यूएल श्रृंखला कनेक्शन में और डायोड से जुड़े होते हैं और कोपरेटर समानांतर कनेक्शन में जुड़े होते हैं।
· यदि कनेक्शन फट गया है तो जम्पर करना चाहिए। और अगर कोई कॉम्पटन खुला या छोटा है तो उसे बदल दें।
· यदि प्रतिरोध पूरी आपूर्ति में नहीं पाया जा सकता है, तो एक हल्की गर्मी या ऑडियो आईसी को रीसेट करें (COBBA IN OLD mobile / CODEC new mobile)।
ऑडियो आईसी बॉल के ड्राई होने के साथ आईसी को रिचार्ज करें

 Solution –

·       Check the volume level in the mobile settings .
·       Open the mobile set and check  speaker with multi-meter.
·       The correct speaker gives resistance between 32ohms from 28ohms .
·       Scratch the speaker touching points on mobile PCB plate. Supply of carbon to stop stops.
·       Wash the PCB plate with the cleaner .
·       If the wired speaker is to be sold then reload.
·       Speaker new when the speaker is defective .
·       Do cold testing on speaker tips. If no reading is coming, then trace the circuit of the speaker section.
·       On cold testing, the readings on both tips should be between 250 ohms and 600 ohms.
·       Most QL series in speaker section is connected in connection and diodes and copeter are connected in parallel connection.
·       If the connection is torn then jumper should be done. And if a Compton is open or shortened then replace it .
·       If the resistance can not be found in the full supply, then give a light heat or reset to the audio ic ( COBBA IN OLD mobile / CODEC new mobile ) .
Recharge the ic with the audio ic ball becoming dry sold
