Cold testing Method कोल्‍ड टेस्टिंग मेथड क्‍या है और कैसे करे

 जब हम मल्‍टीमीटर से किसी मोबाइल में किसी भी कनेक्‍टर के टिप्‍स का रेजिस्‍टेस जानने के लिए असकी वैल्‍यू चेक करते है तो इस क्रिया को कोल्‍ड टेस्टिंग कहते है कोल्‍ड टेस्टिंग में  हम मल्‍टीमीटर के अलावा किसी भी दुसरे मशीन का उपयोग नहीं करते है जैसे DC Power सप्‍लाई । इस मेथड में मल्‍टीमीटरको बीप मोड पर सेट कर के उसके रेड प्रोब को ग्राउड पर एवं ब्‍लैक प्रोब को टेस्टिंग पॉइट पर रख के नीचे दी गयी सेक्‍शन वाइज वैल्‍यू जाननेके लिए चेक करते है

·     Battery Connector Tip (+) 400 to 500

·     Battery Connector Tip ( Sense ) : above 500

·     Display Connector Supply Pins : 250 to 400

·     Display Connector Signal Pins : 500 to 800

·     Camera Connector Supply pins : 250 to 400

·     Camera Connector Signal pins : 600 to 900

·     Key Tip ( Row and Column ) : 400 to 800

·     Charger Connector Tip : 600 to 700  

·     Vibrator Motor Connector : 400 to 500

·     Power ON / OFF Switch Point (+) 600 to 900

·     MIC Connector Tip ( Analog MIC ) (+,-) : 700 to 900

·     Battery Charging out point ( +,-) : 300 to 400

When we check the value of the tips of any connector for any connector in mobile, this action is called cold test. In cold testing, we do not use any machine other than multimeter like DC power supplies. In this method, set the multimeter on the beep mode and check the red mass of the probe on the ground and insert a black check at the bottom of the test point to know the sectional value.
